A sovereign collaborative suite to secure exchanges between Free Pro and its clients
Free Pro exchanges sensitive documents on a daily basis and needed to move away from its internal sharing system, which had become difficult to maintain.

As part of its client support activities, Free Pro exchanges all kinds of documents with its clients on a daily basis, some of which involve significant confidentiality requirements.
The challenge
Free Pro had been relying on an in-house document sharing system that had grown complex to maintain and difficult to evolve over time.
Given this, three major requirements emerged:
- Control over data storage: as more organizations question the dominance of US-based providers, Free Pro needed to guarantee a high level of availability and security, in line with the services it already offers its clients.
- A simpler user experience: for both internal administrators and end clients, the tool had to be intuitive and require no dedicated training.
